Satan Stood Up

“Then Satan stood up against Israel and moved David to number Israel.” (1 Chronicles 21:1)

Next time someone says that they are moved by the Spirit, remember that just because you are moved by something doesn’t mean it is God talking to you.

The only way we can be confident that we are doing God’s will and living by faith is to turn to His Word.  Anything else is trusting in deception.

“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.” (Romans 10:17)
