We are in the process of appointing new elder at Eastland, and so we decided to take some time to look at the kind of leadership an elder should exhibit. God wants the leaders of his people to do more than meet qualifications—he wants them to “shepherd the flock of God” in the same way the Good Shepherd would. This message is part 2.
